This advert is for a holiday let, for a self-catering "Bluebird Contessa" 6 berth CARAVAN (not FLAT) that is positioned within the 4 acre grounds of a privately owned property - we are not a holiday park, this is the only unit within our grounds (so your not competing with 50 other families as with resorts lol). We are outside Bude town, approximately 20 minutes drive from the main sand beach and shopping town! The Unit is maintained to a very high standard and is fully equipped for six people, with the usual facilities inc; microwave, fridge (with compartment freezer), ironing board/iron, colour tv (FreeView Box) & dvd player (inc selection of family, child and action dvd's etc). The Unit has two bedrooms: one double master bedroom with orthopaedic bed, and two single bed 'twin room', there is also a double bed in the lounge built into the seating area that can be made up! There is a dining area with 4 chairs also. The bathroom facilities comprises of a toilet & washbasin and there is also a separate sit-down shower room & washbasin too. The water-gas and electricity is included with the price shown (NO £1.00 coin meters as in some units you go into down here)! There is also ample parking for cars or a boat in front of the caravan! **Please note all pillows and duvet's and bed linen are supplied , but you will be required to bring your own tea towels and towels. This van is cleaned/steamed to a high standard regularly each week, all we ask is to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition on your departure for the next family coming in straight after you! There is A NO SMOKING POLICY in the van (smoking pots outside the unit)! And sadly, Health & Safety Laws have now dictated to us that there are no pets allowed (due to allergens etc)! Our season here at The Lodge, runs to October 2014! Booking in time for Arrivals are no earlier than 14.00hrs(2pm), and you should vacate the caravan at approx; 10.30am on the day of departure (giving us chance to steam clean and change beds before the next arrival that day etc)! ........................................................................ The price per week is: £300.00 (inc of taxes, utilities and charges etc) **This price will remain constant for the whole year** Deposits: A 'Non-Refundable' deposit of £50.00 is required to hold all bookings (balance to be paid in full of £250.00 upon arrival.
