It is fully double-glazed, with a gas combi boiler and central heating making it great for holidays and short breaks all year round. • It’s professionally cleaned and laundered after each group of guests vacates. • The lounge area is bright and airy, laid with laminate flooring and is equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player. • The kitchen is modern, with a built in oven, hob and fridge, and comes fully equipped with microwave, kettle, and everything else you need to make self-catering easy. • The front bedroom has a double bed, the rear bedroom has twin single beds, and both rooms have a wardrobe and chest of drawers. • The bathroom has the best of both worlds, a bath with shower. ************************************************************************ The Holiday Village Widemouth Bay Holiday Village is situated in a 13 acre countryside site boasting an indoor swimming pool, bubble pool, sauna, tennis court, a shop for all the essentials and bar with panoramic views of Widemouth Bay. • The summer holiday season runs from April-September, site facilities/times below apply during this time. • Reception & Shop Open Mon-Fri 9:30am-5pm, Sat 9:30am-6pm, Sun 9:30am -See information board. • Tennis Court Open 10am–Dusk – Rackets provided free from reception, or bar. • Indoor Swimming Pool - Open 10am-6pm – Under 14s require adult supervision. • Bar & Clubhouse Open Mon-Fri 5pm-Late, Sat-Sun 4pm-Late and has WIFI, BT Sport, Sky Sports. • Eat In / Takeout Food Available at peak times – See board. • There is a coded gate allowing access to a footpath which leads to the beach, the code is available on request at reception. • Laundry Open 24 Hours. • Please have a look at the holiday village youtube video ******************************************************************* Booking & Information • What’s the capacity - A maximum of 4 people. • Rates - Summer season rates vary from £325- £725 per week and are dependent on the week you would like to stay. We will give a discount if you are booking more than 1 week at a time. If you want to stay out of season please enquire separately. • Booking payment - A 30% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking, the remainder is due 30 Days before your check in date. • Key deposit - An additional £50 refundable key deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Refund will be made to you by cheque within 3 days of your check-out date after safe return of the key and assuming no major damage, please don’t worry about the odd cup or plate! • What’s included - A 7 night stay at the chalet, laundered bedding, all utilities and a welcome box to start you off - biscuits, milk, sugar, toilet roll and bin bags. • What to bring - Please bring your own towels, and some proper supplies for when the welcome box runs out! • Rules (+) Have Fun, enjoy the beach and your holiday. Take a dip in the Bude sea pool built in the 1930s, or try 'The Bude Canoe Experience'. Cycling on the camel trail a bit further south is well worth consideration. • There are a wealth of local companies within a stone’s throw offering tuition and tours in Surfing, Coasteering, Horse Riding and canoeing. • Beaches - local to Bude - Crooklets, Summerleaze and Northcott Mouth. North of Bude -Duck Pool Beach, Milbrook Haven and Sandymouth. South of Bude – Widemouth Bay! Crackington Haven and Polzeath. • Places to visit - North, the historic village of Clovelly approx. half an hour up the A39. South, the historic villages of Tintagel, Port Isaac, and Padstow approx. half an hour to an hour down the A39. Further South, The Eden Project circa 1 hour in the direction of St Austell. • Places to eat - There are far too many great places to list,a few are; The Weir Bistro, The Olive Tree, Life’s a Beach, The Bay View Inn and The Falcon Hotel.
